This Campbells Beach Cottage is a cosy, fully furnished rustic cottage set on a large, flat grassed section - great for children to play among the fruit trees, plus there is good parking available on the property! Enjoy the sunshine and views from the front verandah, where you are free to sit and drink your coffee while watching the ferries to Kawau Island go by... There is also an additional verandah along the side by the front entrance!!

There are 3 bedrooms at this Campbells Beach accommodation. The main bedroom is upstairs, providing a queen-sized bed with additional squabs available... Marvel in the stunning views to the water and bay beyond! The second bedroom upstairs has 2 Queen Anne single beds. The third bedroom downstairs, has 2 single beds. With plenty of windows there is ample natural lighting throughout, and most windows in the house give a stunning view out over the bay.

Also located upstairs is a toilet with a hand basin. Downstairs, a separate toilet and shower room with shower and vanity unit are provided, as are full laundry facilities.

This Campbells Beach holiday home has a well equipped kitchen, with all amenities available, which flows through to the dining and living areas. There is plenty of seating for your group to share a meal, or enjoy a peaceful read from the well-stocked book shelf... Alternatively, step outdoors to make the most of the beautiful surroundings.

Beach activities change with the tides - swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, fishing, yachting, snorkeling, swinging out on the rope over the tidal creek, and jumping into the water when the tide is in... And when the tide is out, walking across the flats to the cockle beds, walking around the rocks to Baddeleys Beach, walking out to the reef and examining the rock pools and sea-floor, building sandcastles, and walking the bush track from Clinton Road up to the road above. There are other bush tracks in the Campbells Beach and greater Matakana area if you're a keen hiker! It's great fun exploring among the mangroves up the creek at high tide, in a smaller dinghy!

Plum Tree Cottage boasts a great location, being a mere 10 minute drive to the Morris and James Pottery with eatery, Omaha Surf Beach, Goat Island Marine Laboratory and Reserve where you can take a trip on the glass-bottom boat around the island... Tawharunui Reserve is at the end of the Peninsula, plus visit bustling Matakana with its boutique shopping and famous Saturday Morning Farmers' market and vineyards close by, or check out the cinema complex, cafes, and icecream bar!!
