Relaxing and quiet with captivating views over Kawau Bay, which is an ideal fishing spot that boasts easy access for launching boats.Walk through the gate and across the reserve to the beach just 100 metres away, the adjacent reserve gives plenty of space for children and family for that game of cricket.

This 3 bedroom holiday bach has sea and rural views from the lounge & expansive deck,which is great for young children as an extension to the living areas, it is a homely and an intimate holiday destination. Partially fenced full section down a right of way with parking area and space for fun activities.

There is a Kayak for use on the calm waters, and many visitors to the beach also enjoy windsurfing across the bay.Its approximately 10 minute walk to the tennis courts or enjoy brousing in the adjacent library or small shopping village with a well stocked Four Square. Eat out at the Salty Dog or Beaches Cafe or buy great fish n chips to eat at the beach.

Visit the numerous wineries in the booming town of Matakana or visit Brick Bay winery and sculpture trail, with work by Virginia King, a short up hill walk or you can drive via Mahurangi East Road or explore the many recreation areas of this region, Martins Bay, Scotts Landing, Omaha, Matakana Village with its new Cinema and delicious ice creams all only 15 to 20 minutes drive, depending on traffic volumes.
