Here there is also excellent dining at restaurants where you can enjoy coffee, lunch or dinner overlooking this beautiful beach.

Public transport is available at the front gate of this Waiheke holiday home, where you can catch a bus to almost anywhere in the island including the biggest selection of shops and fine restaurants at Oneroa (25 minutes), the supermarket (5 minutes), the ferry terminal at Matiatia (30 minutes) for days shopping in the city or the Saturday morning market at Ostend. Also on the bus route is the the golf course just 1km away, Onetangi sports park for tennis, mountain bike riding, rugby, soccer etc 2kms away. Other activities including horse riding, kayaking, bush walks, fishing etc are available for you to enjoy. Take a morning walk 200m to the local gas station for your milk, bread, morning paper and other groceries.

This holiday home and sleep out combined are particularly suitable for families and couples alike and can sleep up to twelve people. It is on a flat section level, with the road.

The house has two levels. Upstairs has a large open plan bedroom with Queen sized bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a toilet with vanity for washing purposes. Downstairs has an open plan dining and lounge area, a third bedroom with a king sized single bed with a pullout trundle bed which converts the bed to a king sized double bed, and a bed settee. A bathroom can be accessed from this bedroom as an ensuite. It has a bath with overhead shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry opens out on to the back deck. The TV equipped with satellite free view for crystal clear reception, also has a video player and DVD player attached. Play a vinyl album on the record player or play the radio or a CD. The front of the house opens out onto large decks overlooking an extensive lawn and lovely garden. With out-door furniture seating 10 plus a picnic style table and BBQ this deck faces west to soak up the sun for those late afternoon BBQs.

The sleep out can cater for up to five people. It has an open plan lounge with table and chairs and tea making facilities. There is also a small fridge and oven. At this Waiheke accommodation sleepout there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other has a bunk bed with a double size lower bed and a single above. A bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower complete this comfortable sleep out. A small TV and video player are also available.
