This Waiheke holiday apartment is a cosy two bedroom ground floor apartment - there is one apartment above with minimal noise intrusion, is set in lush partially fenced private gardens.
Please note: As this is an apartment complex there are strict rules regarding privacy and noise intrusion e.g. no loud music.

The main bedroom and kitchen/living area have glass sliding doors opening onto a 2m wide by 5m long semi-covered deck with a peep of the sea! The bathroom is small but tidy, with shower facilities only (no bath). The second bedroom is quite small, but comfortably fits a double bed. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and towel rail. This Waiheke Island home offers heating and electric blankets for use in winter, as well as a coin operated washer/dryer available in complex for convenience.
