This chalet although surrounded by beautiful bush with native birds, including Tuis, Bellbirds and Wood Pigeons, the property itself is fairly basic and rather dated but has all you need for the perfect relaxing break.

The grounds of the property comprise a large flat grassed area for ample secure off-street parking and room for a boat, and cars. There is a BBQ area at the rear of the house plus a storage shed.

This Lake Rotoehu chalet has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. The main bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, plus a separate balcony with views of Otautu Bay settlement. This room is open and therefore does not have walls or door just a balcony overlooking the lounge area.

The bathroom has recently been updated and has a separate shower and toilet. The laundry has a modern auto washer and a dryer. The lounge has a large TV and DVD player. There is a functional galley-type kitchen which has refrigerator, stove and microwave. SKY is available but is the very basic package so you get channels 1,2,3 and Prime only.

Local activities close to this Lake Rotoehu chalet include good rainbow trout fishing, canoeing (Coleman Canadian Canoe under house), bush walks, cycling and motor x riding on forestry tracks.

There is an excellent natural hot spring located in a stream 5 minutes away; 10 minutes to Hinehopu Golf Club and only 45km to Rotorua.
