The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a pot-belly fireplace - with firewood provided, this is a perfect way to keep warm and toasty on any cooler nights. Punga Dell provides 2 kayaks - a double and a single, available for you to enjoy on the lake and the grassed reserve area is a great place for the kids to play. Boat ramps are nearby and the property has a room to park both boat (up to 6m) and cars. Lake Rotoiti is wonderful for all water sports and has world class trout fishing; there is boat-only access to nearby Manipurua Hot Springs and a beach further around the lake. Take a 5 minute walk across to the Okere Falls store/cafe/bar, or take a bush walk along the Kaituna River to the falls and watch kayakers and rafters tackle the highest commercially rafted waterfall in the world. And if all that isn't enough, Rotorua with all its world renowned tourist attractions is just a 20 minute drive away!
