This Mt Maunganui holiday home is just a short 1 minute stroll to the beach - the kids can carry their boogie boards for a day enjoying the sun, sand and surf! With ideal location, if you don't want to be at the beach all day it's only a short walk home for lunch... For the seafood lovers, the beach has Tuatua most summers that can be collected at low tide.

Lenny's Place has plenty of beds to accommodate your group and 2 separate living spaces to relax in... There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and another room with a double bunk plus 2 single beds. Plus there are sofa beds in each of the 2 living areas!

The fully fenced Mt Maunganui section is great for the kids to have fun whilst the adults enjoy the sun drenched deck! There is plenty of seating outside for everybody and those that are more laid back can enjoy the sun loungers. A hooded BBQ enables easy outdoor living.

The dining, kitchen and living area is open plan with the decks following the same side of the house.

There is plenty of off road parking for vehicles, or a boat if you have one.

The Bayfair Shopping Centre is a few minutes drive away, and the Papamoa Shopping Centre is a just a short drive in the other direction... Most weekends there is a fruit and veg van parked on your way down to Mt Maunganui so you can pick up fresh supplies without having to get into the car. There is no heat pump, but there are two portable heaters.
