A bach is the perfect word for this property. Tidily renovated with easy-care finishes, this two-bedroom bach was built for maximum enjoyment and minimum fuss.

The master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, has French doors opening onto the deck - the sound of the surf lulls you off to sleep. The second bedroom has a set of bunks plus a trundle bed. And there is a sofa bed in the lounge if you need to sleep another two. The open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area spills out onto two decks - a west-facing BBQ courtyard and a large north-facing deck.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and rustic island bench. The bathroom is tidy (though small) and there is a hot shower outside if there's a queue!

For the energetic kids, there is a trampoline out the front - and for those that can't live without it, there is a TV with Sky. Experience shows that very few people end up watching it when they stay here.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Mount, this Papamoa accommodation is still only 3km from Bayfair and Fashion Island - with a bus stop just down the road.
