Lovely park and lake walks at the back, with tennis courts in the park. Handy to historic Waihi, Katikati, Tauranga. Shops only 3km away. Binnoculars recommended so you can watch the boats play on the water! Communal laundry (3 washing machines) shared between the three units within the complex.
