Front area gives panoramic views of the sea, to the left, a charming bay-like view, and to the right a long surf beach with views (on a clear day) to East Cape Mt Maunganui, Mt Edgecumb, Matakana Island.
The beach is a stone's throw away. The house is one row back from the beach, but since it is elevated the view is unobstructed. It takes at most one minute to walk down a concrete track to the beach. A surf Club and dairy are also located at the bottom of the road.
Great park and lake walks at the back of the property, with tennis courts in the park. Handy to historic Waihi, Katikati, Tauranga. Shops only 3km away. Binnoculars recommended so you can watch the boats play on the water! Communal laundry (3 washing machines) shared between the 3 units in the complex.
