This Acacia Bay holiday house is situated at Whakamoenga Point in a gated community of 24 hectares covered by bush concealing some forty houses, as well as two hard tennis courts and a pavilion.

Whakamoenga Point is a much loved family holiday home, built 20 years ago to the exacting standards of an English lawyer and his NZ wife. This Acacia Bay accommodation has three floors, a double garage and further space for parking. On the lower level you will find a rumpus room with snooker table, TV and fridge, as well as a laundry and toilet. On the ground level, the living room and study are located, with broadband available, and provide a spacious yet cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped.

This Acacia Bay home provides three bedrooms, one shower room and one bath/shower room - all of these are located on the ground level. The fourth bedroom and a further shower room are situated on the upper level, where there are sofa beds in the mezzanine sitting area for two additional guests. There are decks off all three floors on the lakeside, as well as a deck and BBQ on the garden side - an amazing space to utilise indoor/outdoor living!

Make the most of this stunning location by exploring the outdoors... Nearby (but accessible only from the water) are the famous Maori carvings. Guests can use the new boat harbour (with boat parking); the old harbour is best used as a safe swimming area for children. Bring your own tennis raquets, balls and shoes (without black soles) if you would like to use the courts. If cycling is more your cup of tea, bring your own bikes - there is speed limit within the estate of 20kph!
