This is a great Lockwood home, with a wonderful flow from indoors to outdoors. It has ranchsliders off two of the upstairs bedrooms, and a ranchslider off the lounge area and the dining room area.

It also has bifold windows opening from the kitchen, to give a very friendly indoor/outdoor flow. There are decks surrounding the upstairs area, all fenced off - ideal for young children.

There is a brand new kitchen, with microwave, new stove with glass top elements and dishwasher. The kitchen, dining and lounge area all flow into each other.

This Kuratau holiday home as two bathrooms, the one upstairs has a bath, shower and toilet and the one downstairs has a shower and a toilet.

The nearest store is located at Omori for all those day to day purchases and to get the newspaper. The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away in Turangi, where there is a brand new New World.

There is loads to do around this area, whether you like trout fishing, white water rafting, tramping, water skiing or just relaxing on the decks at the house. The tourist information centre in Turangi has loads of information, plus there is a folder at the house outlining all the amenities and activities.

There are lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, the nearest being at Omori and Waihi.

This home has a lovely friendly feel about it, and has all the amenities necessary - you just need to bring yourselves and your linen requirements, unless this is previously arranged.
