Rimu Lodge is a quaint Omori bach situated close to the shores of Lake Taupo. Cosy, family friendly, and comfortable, Rimu Lodge provides an excellent getaway location for up to 10 people. Featuring the chorus of Tui and Bellbirds, there's even a pair of binoculars sitting inside for you to enjoy the view of the bush!

This two storied Omori bach features a large upstairs living area. Here you can find ample funky and retro style furniture in which to relax, as you take in some much needed rest and relaxation with the family. Put your feet up and watch TV and a DVD, as the kids make use of the children's board games and jigsaws on offer. Behind the lounge you can find the upstairs kitchen - perfect for cooking the family meal! If it's one of those beautiful Omori evenings, then make your way out to the deck to cook dinner on the BBQ, pour a cold drink and sit yourself down on the outdoor furniture.

Two bedrooms make up the rest of the upstairs area at this Omori accommodation, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Furthermore, heaters abound at Rimu Lodge, so if it's a bit cooler outside, you can be sure to be nice and toasty inside. And, if you've spent the day enjoying the serene Lake Taupo, then there's a washing machine and dryer to make you feel right at home at Rimu Lodge.

The downstairs area at the Omori accommodation is a great place to park the kids to get some peace and quiet! Down here, a double bed, two single beds, and a set of bunks.

If you need to venture out from Rimu Lodge, there is a folder with pamphlets on many of the local attractions on the bookshelf upstairs. Omori is a great place to launch that trout fishing expedition. Rimu Lodge has room for your boat out front and fishing licenses can be acquired from the local dairy. If you would like to enjoy the geothermal wonders of the region, Tokaanu Hot Pools are only a 15 minute drive away. Or, alternatively, just set out and walk your way around the gorgeous Lake Taupo!
