Along the hallway is a bathroom with a bath & shower & a separate toilet with a laundry room as well. The main bedroom has an ensuite with corner shower, vanity and toilet.

Leading of the hallway to the left is a large lounge with a wrap around deck with views of the lake. The living room offers brand new lounge furniture with a 32inch flat screen TV with Sky TV & DVD for your enjoyment. There is a Rinnai wall gas heater. The kitchen is open plan with an extensive dining room area opening out in to the lounge. The kitchen is a chefs paradise with all the ultra modern facilities with twin dishwasher drawers and walk in pantry.

The hallway has a steep staircase leading downstairs to a small area which leads through to another bedroom with a queen bed. There is an electric fan heater in the hall. This bedroom is located next to the double garage and has access of the side into the garage from downstairs.

At this Taupo accommodation the garage although is a double garage, can only accommodate 1 vehicle due to the nature of the layout.
