This property has room for 6-8 vehicles. Being fully enclosed, it is very safe and secure for children.

The lower downstairs area has 2 double bedrooms, with a lounge/kitchen/dining area. Each bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower/shrub, toilet and vanity. The laundry contains an automatic washer, dryer and tub, with an overhead ceiling drying rack. There is also an undercover outdoor clothesline.

The second story has 3 bedrooms, a separate living area with a Kent wood burner, (wood supplied) and a living/dining area, with a breakfast bar. The kitchen, along with a separate pantry/utility room, has a dishwasher, extra bench and sink, and washing machine. The clothes dryer is in an enclosed porch beside the utility room. This floor has a bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The first bedroom has a Super King bed, the second bedroom, a double bed, and the third bedroom a double bunk set, with a double and single mattress. A large conservatory along the front of this level has an extra dining table and chairs and 2 extra single beds. There is a separate outdoor deck, with furniture and a BBQ.

The top floor of this Taupo accommodation has an 'attic bedroom' and a combined bedroom and living area. There is one queen bed, a double slat bed, and a single bed. A bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet services this area.
