This Central Taupo Holiday Home is a Lockwood holiday home, which offers sleeping for two families, close proximity to town and lake but also tranquil and private. Magic views over Lake Taupo from all sides!
The master bedroom at this Central Taupo holiday home is of a generous size and has views over the front garden and out to the lake. Through this bedroom you can enjoy the outside deck in the morning. There is a large walk in wardrobe and also drawers for storage.
The second bedroom has two single beds with drawers under neath for storage, and a bedside table and lamp. There is also a large cupboard with racks and shelving for clothes.
The rumpus room is a good size for children to spread out away from their parents. It has a double bed and 2 king singles. This room has its own TV and digital Sky reception as well as sliding door to go directly out onto the lawn for games.
Kitchen is open plan with open views to lounge and hot mineral pool. The kitchen has a large walk in pantry and a mix of basic supplies like tea, coffee, sugar and flour. The fridge is large and modern with automatic defrost and temperature control with a freezer partition at the bottom. There is also a microwave and stove oven plus a double dishdrawer. Lots of cupboards filled with various kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils.
One bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom and has a heated rail, shower over a bath and toilet with separate basin and cupboards. The other bathroom is accessed from the other two bedrooms and has a shower and toilet.
This Taupo accommodation includes great indoor/outdoor living areas with large decks and grass areas. Designed for sun, lake and town views. Also small view of the Central Plateau mountains.
Bonus is a hot mineral pool and gas central heating through out the holiday home.
Outdoor furniture includes a gas BBQ and patio heater; 2x large outdoor tables which seats twelve comfortably, large umbrella, wooden recliner and two wooden bench seats for extra seating. Just asking for those nice relaxing holiday days and nights!
Also large garage for vehicle and boat storage. Spacious lawn for summer sports.
Just 20 minutes easy walk along the Lions Walk along the Lake edge or 5 minutes drive to CBD.
