Upstairs - 2 spacious double bedrooms plus landing/TV lounge. One bedroom with a Queen double and the other with 2 singles. Upstairs bathroom and new this year with shower. The stair landing is the TV lounge and extra sleeping with a pull out double bed/settee. Wall to wall carpet throughout.

Downstairs 1 spacious double bedroom with a Queen double bed. Ensuite bathroom including shower & bath, toliet & vanity unit. A service area including full drying facilities, laundry & ski rack. The modern well equiped kitchen has complete stainless steel appliances. Included is a 3 seater breakfast bar and adjoining is the dining room with a 6 seating dining table.

In the lounge we have a Metro wood-burner fireplace, a 5 piece "Cane-line" sofa suite plus a 3 seater. Wall to wall carpet throughout. The lounge opens with a slider to the outside verandah/terrace.

Situated in a quite cul de sac there is room for off road parking of up to 4 vehicles. A carport provides under cover parking for 1.

Adding to the ambience and convenience, this accommodation is used by the owner and certain personal items including food are not put away. Guests are free to use them but are asked to please replace.
