This Cooks Beach holiday home sits on the shores of the lake, with peaceful and tranquil panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and Purangi Wineries. The sparkling and very safe waters of Cooks Beach are just a few minutes walk away. This Cooks Beach accommodation is situated on a private road so there is very little through traffic and it's an easy 1 min walk through to the shops, cafe, takeaways, liquor and hardware stores!

All doors open out to spacious decks and inviting outdoor living areas, offering sun or shade. Sit on the deck and enjoy a relaxing evening BBQ and drinks, while children can play happily on bikes, scooters or skateboards around the lake! There is a large living/dining area with a flat screen TV providing Sky basic (take your own Sky card from home), DVD and Stereo system. There is a Kent woodburner for keeping you toasty on those cooler nights, plus a well equipped kitchen and separate laundry.

Lakeside Lodge sleeps 8 people with an additional rollaway for a child. Bedroom 1 is fitted with 1 Queen bed and an ensuite, bedroom 2 provides 1 Double bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, and bedroom 4 is fitted with a set of bunks. There is a second separate tiled and spacious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is room for boat parking, as well as a fish gutting bench, and a boat ramp just 5 mins drive away...

This is the ideal location for short trips to Cathedral Cove, Hahei and Hot Water Beach (surfs up!), approximately 10 mins drive away. Ferry Landing and the ferry to Whitianga, with great shopping, movie theatre, luxury day spa and restaurant, cafes and restaurants, is just 5 mins drive! Purangi Golf Course a 5 min drive away also. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by, plus kayaking, sailing, diving, fishing, bush and coastal walks to secluded beaches, quiet roads for cycling....
