This is a new 4 bedroom holiday home in Cooks Beach, it was purpose built for holiday renters to enjoy a relaxed break. It also has the bonus of 2 very spacious bathrooms.
With a deck that wraps around 3 sides of the house and plenty of outdoor seating, it is the ideal place to to sit & relax, being sun soaked and having a picturesque lake front setting means you wouldn't want to be anywhere else! Often the surf can be heard to complete the experience!
This holiday house has a number of wonderful features. Just one of these is the 7m bifold doors which open out onto large wrap around decking - just perfect for outdoor living! The living room is open plan, and kitchen with modern appliances, breakfast bar and servery onto deck with BBQ makes summer entertaining a breeze!
There is even a large grassed area suitable for boat parking!
Oversized showers with gas heating and a woodburner makes Ti Kouka perfect for cozy winter getaways.
This Cooks Beach Holiday Home is a 5 minute safe, family friendly walk to the beach, and all the wonderful activities that the area offers including boat launch, shops, diving, and fishing. It is a perfect location for short trips to Hahei, Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach and the many festivals.
