This Cooks Beach Holiday Home is a 4 bedroom, single level, sunny and warm home - ideal for families. The air conditioner/heat pump and double glazing make temperatures comfortable all year round. The kitchen has a full wall oven, bench-top hobs and a double dish drawer dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is another bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. There is also a fold out double futon couch in the living room. This Cooks Beach accommodation also has a double garage with internal access, and of course a deck and BBQ to enjoy Cooks Beach outdoor summer living!!

Cooks Beach is a lovely golden sanded beach, very safe for swimming. A good all-tide concrete boat ramp into the Purangi Estuary is at the east end of the beach.
