This Cooks Beach holiday house is north-facing, with modern decor and furnishings, great indoor-outdoor flow, and an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, with french doors onto the front and rear decks. Relax in a deck chair on the big covered verandah. Dine al fresco on the back deck with a glass of wine.

The master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, and the third bedroom has 2 single bunks, one above the other. The lounge has a fold-down sofa. The bathroom has a full-size bath with shower above.

Facilities include two TVs, two DVDs, two VCRs, stereo, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, toastie-maker, ceramic cook-top and oven.

In the backyard is a trampoline, great for the kids. Other games include swingball, badminton and volleyball. For indoor entertainment there is a small selection of toys, books, DVDs and CDs.

Easy 10 minute walk to Cooks Beach, a safe beautiful white-sand beach, ideal for swimming, kayaking, boating and fishing. Close to shops, tennis courts and boat ramp. A short drive to Hahei, Hot Water Beach, Ferry Landing (Whitianga Ferry) and Purangi Golf course.
