It has 3 double bedrooms and a bunkroom on the ground floor. A spacious, sunny, relaxed home with excellent indoor/outdoor flow onto a large deck spanning the north and eastern sides of the house. The views out over Mercury Bay, Shakespeare Cliff and the outer islands are stunning. The house is located within easy walking distance of restaurants and Ferry Landing. The house will comfortably sleep 12 and surcharges apply for 8+ guests.

The master bedroom is on the middle level, and features a ranchslider onto the front deck where again you have fabulous views and is furnished with a Queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, and large wardrobe. The main bathroom next to the master bedroom also services the adjacent living area.

The second and third bedrooms are on the next level on opposite ends of the top floor with a second small lounge between also opening onto a deck. The second bedroom to the right has a queen size bed, and a single bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and a large walk in wardrobe. On the other side of the lounge is the third bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and walk in wardrobe which features a small kitchenette equipped with sink bench, electric jug, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery for that early morning cuppa and toast. The lounge between the bedrooms has a cane settee and beanbags plus a small TV with video. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a double bed, a duo bunk (double on the bottom with a single on top) and a single trundler bed.

The lounge/dining/kitchen on the middle level is all open plan with large stacking ranchsliders off the dining and lounge to take advantage of the stunning views and creates the indoor/outdoor flow. The lounge has a gas fire, 3 seater leather couch and three cane armchairs, coffee tables, side board, book shelf and a large flat screen TV receiving channels 1/2/3, mini system stereo with CD /Cassette player and an electric heater. The dining room has a large wooden table with 8 steel framed cane chairs, and is separated from the dining area by a large breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.

The kitchen is large and has plenty of bench area for food preparation. The appliances include double wall oven, ceramic bench hobs, 70/30 medium size fridge/freezer, plus a small under bench fridge, dishwasher, microwave, wastemaster, electric jug, toaster, coffee plunger, large pantry, lots of drawer storage and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The bathroom on the third level has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. On the middle level the bathroom has a shower and double vanity and the toilet is separate. On the ground floor the bathroom has shower, vanity and toilet and next to the bathroom is the laundry with new automatic washing machine and tub and a laundry chute that services all levels. The outside clothesline is at the front on the western boundary. The floor coverings in the bottom bathrooms and laundry are vinyl and the top and middle bathrooms are tiled.

The bedrooms are all carpeted and have a mix of fabric drapes and wooden Venetian blinds and there are no curtains in the living/dining area. The living room on the top level is carpeted and the main living area in the middle level is polished particleboard for easy care.

Outdoor furniture consists of a large wooden table and chairs, extra canvas director chairs, a tabletop patio heater, new style 4-burner gas BBQ and a sun umbrella. There is also a picnic table on the deck downstairs. There is sufficient off road parking for 4 cars and a boat, and there is storage space in the garage for fishing gear and boogie boards etc. The clothes drier along with a bait freezer and additional beer fridge are in the garage. There is a fish cleaning area at the back of the house. The nearest boat ramp is just 2km away at Cooks Beach, an all weather sheltered safe boat mooring is available for trailer boats in the bay.
