Kotare is named after the Kingfishers who visit regularly to fish the creek. Kotare is a three bedroom Hahei holiday home that offers an easy, level seven minute walk to the beach and village shops through Kotare Domain and the Wigmore Stream Reserve with its abundant bird life.

This Hahei holiday home backs onto the domain and this single storey house is set up for relaxed living. The lounge and dining area provide extensive views across the domain and access to the wide north facing deck with barbeque and outdoor dining, protected by a shade sail. For chilly evenings light the woodburner or switch on the heat pump.

Two of the three double bedrooms also open onto the deck giving access to the spa bath. Soak and enjoy the stars!

The well appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher for wasy entertainingand a separate beverage fridge.

The lawn is level and procides farm gate access to the domain. With the Wigmore steam 50 metres away you can paddle to the beach on the sit-on top kayak beneath Pohutukawa and wash the sand away in the outdoor shower on your return.
