Treetop retreat is a 1970s modular holiday home at Hahei Beach. It is elevated on a sloping section, surrounded by mature trees, with beautiful views of the Hahei Village and Mercury Bay. This Hahei holiday home has two levels, the upper level is open plan with the master bedroom and bathroom off the lounge / dining room, with a very small kitchen area. There is only external deck access to 3 smaller basic bedrooms/bunkrooms downstairs with narrow beds. Treetop Retreat is private and tranquil, and gets all day sun. The amenities are basic but comfortable. It is most suitable for a single couple or a couple with older children who are able to be semi -independent downstairs. Due to the elevated upper deck, this house may not be suitable for small adventurous children who could climb the rails. Otherwise this is good family accommodation, and makes for a great Hahei holiday home vacation.
