This double storied beachfront holiday house has decks front and side from which to enjoy the stunning views of the sea, surrounding bush and river. You are just 50 metres from the water and those early morning dips. Sleeps 4.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dressing table, built in wardrobe, carpet and drapes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a tallboy dresser, carpet and drapes.

The lounge is furnished with a 2-seater couch, 2 armchairs and a divan, bookcase, side table, mini system stereo, electric heater(please be aware that the fireplace is for decoration only, this is not a working fireplace - there is adequate heating provided). French doors from the lounge lead out onto the deck. Toddlers may need supervision on deck due to low guardrail.

The open plan lounge/dining has a medium size wooden table and 4 chairs and a corner divan.

The kitchen is equipped with a standard electric stove, an older style 70/30 fridge/freezer, a separate chest freezer, microwave, electric frypan, toaster, electric jug, toasted sandwich maker, coffee plunger, and the usual selection of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

The bathroom has a shower and vanity and the toilet is separate. The service areas have vinyl floor coverings. In the laundry is a new automatic washing machine.

Outdoor furniture includes a table and chairs, sun umbrella and a 2-burner gas barbeque. There is a shed for storage.
