Holiday Bach #20 - Kuaotunu Holiday Bach

A traditional Kiwi bach with extensive seaviews and just a 1 minute walk down the steep, newly concreted driveway across the road to the beach. Two main bedrooms with an additional bedroom downstairs.

The master bedroom is located on the beach side of the house, has seaviews, there is a queen bed, a wardrobe, an old style dresser and ranchsliders leading out on to a narrow deck. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and an older style chest of drawers. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and is reached by external access only; however the access to this is lit. Both upstairs bedrooms are carpeted as is the downstairs bedroom.

The open plan dining and lounge areas have fabric drapes and sisal carpet and extensive views out to sea. Ranchsliders open onto a small deck. There is a two seater couch with two matching armchairs, 2 bean bags, a 20-inch television receiving satellite freeview and a mini system stereo CD/Cassette player. In the dining area there is a rimu dining table and chairs (6 available) and a 'logfire' electric heater.

The recently renovated kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, under-bench washing machine, an older oven/stove and all the usual crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans etc.

The newly refurbished bathroom has a new shower and vanity unit. The toilet is separated from the bathroom.

Please be aware that there is a steep driveway with no turn around space once at the top. There is parking for 2 vehicles (one behind the other) on the concreted area behind the house.

Outdoor furniture includes a large picnic table on the deck and a gas barbeque.
There is a bike and bike helmet available at this property for your use.
