The bedrooms are all carpeted and have drapes or blinds on the windows, the master bedroom has a double bed, closet, country and sea views to Great Barrier Island includes en-suite with shower, toilet & vanity. The second bedroom has a set of single bunks and also has country and sea views to Great Barrier Island and bedroom 3 also has a double bed .

The open plan lounge/dining has tongue & groove wooden floors and rugs and there a ranch slider that leads onto a large deck with views out to the Barrier. The room contains two x 2 seater couches (one folds into a double bed), TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, books, games, a panel heater for any cooler evenings and a fireplace making this a great choice for winter stays. The dining area has a wooden table and a total of 10 chairs of two different sets.

The kitchen has an electric wall oven and bench hob, rangehood, walk-in pantry, 70/30 fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster, electric jug, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The guest bathroom has a tiled floor, a bath and separate shower, vanity and heated towel rail, and there is a separate toilet.
