This lodge style country home offers open plan split level living of generous proportions and plenty of comfort. The property was built in 2007 on a 3 acre site with rural valley views, and is just 1km back from Kuaotunu beach.
This Kuaotunu executive rental features open plan living/kitchen/dining with a large feature fireplace and has a mixture of rich timber flooring and carpet. Enjoy entertaining in the social kitchen which includes concrete tops, a large stainless steel stove, rangehood dishwasher, fridge/freezer, various appliances and an excellent range of crockery, glassware and serving dishes.
There are 3 comfortable bedrooms at this Kuaotunu executive rental all situated on the upper level. Two bedrooms have double beds and the bunkroom has 5 single beds. There are two bathrooms located on the upper level and there is a separate toilet downstairs on the lower level.
The living area opens up on both sides to expansive decks and eaves. There is a flat lawn on one side of the house and a tiled courtyard on the other side which includes a large rocked outdoor fireplace, comfortable outdoor seating, outdoor dining table, cedar hot tub, outdoor shower and a BBQ. Additionally there is plenty of room to park cars and a trailer boat at this Kuaotunu accommodation.
Please note that there is a boundary creek at this property and there are also electric fences.
