Beachfront Bluff Road is a Kuaotunu holiday home located directly across the road from a lovely private reserve and an area of rock pools ideal for snorkeling and good fishing. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8... A short 2 minute walk gets you onto the beautiful white sandy beach which is safe and clean!
This Kuaotunu holiday home boasts a brilliant location. Being on the beachfront you are treated to stunning views in all directions - straight out to Mercury Islands, North to the tip of the Coromandel, and East to the Black Jack Hill and the bay, with some views framed through Pohutukawa and palm trees!
This Kuaotunu accommodation is a Lockwood house available to be shared and enjoyed by anyone who loves the sun, sea, surf and good fishing. It has facilities to sleep 8 adults plus provides a cot, highchair, pushchair and well stocked toy box for those who have a little tot with them. Main access to the deck is gated to keep in toddlers if required, and the bedroom windows have child safety locks fitted.
Bedroom one is on the beach side of the house and has a queen bed, double wardrobe, dressing table etc. Bedroom two, also on the beach side of the house has a queen bed, dressing table etc. Bedroom 3 is on the back side of the house, has 2 single beds and is nice and quiet for little ones if need be. Further sleeping facilities are in the lounge by way of a very comfortable foldout double bed, which also serves as a couch.
The living area is all open plan and features a good sized extendable dining table and chairs, and a new kitchen that is well equipped with all you could require. Dishwasher, microwave, range hood, slow cooker, electric fry pan along with plenty of utensils for cooking, baking, and serving are supplied. 2 fridges are available, both with freezer space - one in the main kitchen and the other in the laundry next door. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and the 2nd toilet is situated in here. The clothes line is at the rear of the house where there is also a decked area.
The lounge area is well furnished with comfortable couches and armchairs, coffee tables, boot box, TV with Freeview, DVD, video player, phone for local calls only, stereo. Bi-fold doors open out onto another deck for entertaining, BBQ's and relaxing. Bi-fold windows open directly from the kitchen to this deck for great indoor/outdoor living, and there is a lovely native timber outdoor table and plenty of resin chairs for outside use!
There is a sail which can be erected over the deck area for the hotter sunny days. The BBQ is hooded and has all the associated tools available for your use.
Fan and radiator heaters are available, although seldom required in this lovely warm home. Floors throughout are carpeted with the exception of the kitchen, laundry and bathroom areas.
Plenty of off road parking is available with room for cars and a boat if required. Grassed area on road frontage is also ideal for parking in the summer months.
No tents or pets are permitted. Smoking is strictly outside.
