This six bedroom Matarangi holiday home is set over four levels and has recently undergone extensive renovations, the decor reflects a nautical theme, there are new bi-fold windows and French doors, new balcony upstairs, new bathroom downstairs as well as a new roof and new exterior cladding to the house. There is a huge 1000 sq.ft deck in the front of the house leading down towards the beach with an open fireplace and intimate seating.

At this Matarangi holiday home there is a double bed in a bedroom off the lounge on the ground floor with a view to the beach, it has tongue & groove wooden floors with a rug, a 3 seater couch, bedside tables and a clothes pole. The master bedroom is on the top floor and is carpeted, has wooden venetian blinds, a king sized bed, double built-in wardrobes and a door leading onto the top balcony with views out to sea.

There are four small bedrooms on two different upper levels, each identical in design containing a single bed with a ladder accessing an upper platform in bunk-style, wooden venetian blinds, built-in wardrobes and are carpeted

The open plan lounge/dining area has polished tongue & groove wooden floors with rugs, there is a large wooden a dining table with six tall backed cane woven chairs and a large feature window overlooking the beach.

The living area has bi-fold doors leading out onto the main deck offering an excellent indoor/ outdoor flow, the lounge suite is woven cane frames with fabric cushions and consists of two 3 seater couches, two armchairs and a glass topped coffee table, there is a television,DVD player side tables and a free standing fireplace for those Winter stays.

There is a separate living area on the top level with a built-in bookcase, 3 seater couch and some toys and games for the children. Windows line the beachside wall and a door leads out onto the top balcony that has stainless steel hand railings with glass panelled sides.

The fully equipped kitchen has bi-fold windows with a serving bench on the deck side overlooking the beach. There is a pantry and pull-out shelves, a wall oven, large gas hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, insinkerator, bread maker, blender, 4 slice toaster, electric jug and sets of crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is a chest separate freezer and another fridge off the laundry area.

There are two bathrooms, one on an upper floor with tiled floors, a large triangular bath, shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. The other bathroom is downstairs by the laundry, which has a large walk-in shower with a glass brick wall, heated towel rail, vanity and large mirror. The toilet is separate and the laundry has a new automatic washing machine and drier, this area steps down to the internal access to the garage.

This Matarangi accommodation has a gas barbeque, picnic table, built-in bench seats around the front deck, large wooden outdoor table and six canvas directors chairs, four sun loungers, an outdoor fireplace, sun umbrella and an outdoor shower.
