Matarangi Beachfront House is a 5 bedroom Matarangi holiday home... This is a fantastic Coromandel home and as close to the beach as you can get at Matarangi! Take in the marvelous, sweeping views to the Mercury Islands and Great Barrier Island from the main living, dining and kitchen areas and the master bedroom!!

This Matarangi holiday home was built as a full-time residence, so is more substantial than a "beach bach" and is fully equipped with everything you might need. The entire interior of the house was repainted in July 2010 to keep the home fresh and tidy!

Enjoy absolute beachfront location from this spacious, two storied, Matarangi accommodation... With wrap around decks and a rumpus room set in established gardens, this is truly a private, comfortable and very functional house in a stunning location!! Sleeping 8 across four bedrooms upstairs, and the fifth room downstairs... Matarangi Beachfront House can sleep up to a maximum of 10 people.

The living, dining and kitchen areas have modern, white oak flooring and attractive curtains throughout. Glass sliding doors lead out to the decking from all three upstairs bedrooms, the living and dining area - soak up the sun and take in the views! The master bedroom is set on the beach side of the house, it has a king sized bed, television, and a large wardrobe and shelving. The second bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and television; the third bedroom has a queen size bed with a wardrobe and shelving and the fourth bedroom upstairs has twin single beds. There is a fifth sleeping area, which is an alcove at the back of the rumpus room downstairs, and contains a double bed.

The large rumpus room has two sets of glass sliding doors leading outdoors, and contains a pool table, mini bar and 2 bar stools. You will also find a TV set and sound system as well as ample seating - an ideal spot for the kids, or for two groups keen to have their separate space!

The open plan living/dining area upstairs has plenty of comfortable seating, a 42" plasma television, Sky TV, video, DVD stereo with CD and cassette and a very effective gas operated fireplace for any cooler evenings! The dining area provides generous seating for enjoying a shared meal...

The spacious kitchen is open to the living and dining areas so also enjoys the spectacular beach/sea views. The kitchen contains a ceramic top oven/stove, and a modern fridge/freezer, as well as all other modern conveniences... Everything you require for a hassle free holiday is available for your use!

The upstairs bathroom includes a bath, and has separate toilet. The downstairs bathroom/laundry contains an additional shower, toilet and hand basin and an automatic washing machine, drier and tub.

You will find a double garage at Matarangi Beachfront House, as well as an array of outdoor furniture for making the most of this fabulous summer getaway. Relax under the sun umbrella, or lay back with a cocktail in the sun lounger... There is also a built in bench seat around the front deck, and a large hooded gas barbeque available! There is an outdoor hot water shower - perfect for freshening up after a trip to the beach, established gardens around the house and extensive views along the beach and out to sea from the upstairs living areas, master bedroom and decks!! Please note the entrance way to the double garage is narrow if you're considering bringing a boat, however 14 foot is fine.

One well-behaved pet may be considered with prior arrangement at this Matarangi accommodation. Smoking outside only please.
