Great Escape is a fabulous beachfront Matarangi holiday home, with a 100 metre reserve in front. A spacious, contemporary, two storied home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and front and rear decks.

This executive Matarangi holiday home has everything that two families or an extended family would need to enjoy a fabulous beach holiday. Suit 4 Adults with up to 6 children.

The master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed, ensuite and its own private deck with views out to sea. There is also wall mounted 14" TV.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs and feature exposed aggregate floors, the first has a queen size bed and bifold doors onto the deck. The second has 2 sets of single bunks. The third has a queen size bed..

The lounge/dining area is open plan and very tastefully furnished. It features lovely polished concrete floors and bifold doors opening the whole area up to the deck and views out to sea. Bifold doors on the opposite side of the living area take you onto the deck at the rear. The lounge has an open fireplace (wood available). The dining area directly adjacent to the lounge has a large rectangular concrete table with 6 wooden framed chairs.

There is second living area upstairs with a TV, DVD & SKY.

The kitchen features all new appliances and exposed aggregate bench top The appliances include a large Smeg electric oven, bench top hobs, a rangehood, a large 70/30 fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, food processor, toasted sandwich maker, electric jug and toaster. Plus the usual selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

There is a bathroom downstairs. The laundry is in the garage and has an automatic washing machine and clothes drier. There is a telephone for local calls only. Outdoor furniture includes 2 picnic tables, table and chairs, sun umbrella, large gas BBQ (with hood) and fish cleaning bench.

At this Matarangi accommodation smoking is strictly outside. Whilst pets are not encouraged, the owners do have pets so understand people do like to take their pets on holiday. If permission is sought in advance and discussed, pets may be permitted.
