The master bedroom at this Matarangi holiday home has a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, 2 sets of drawers and wardrobe. This bedroom features an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a set of bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe. The third bedroom has a single bunk set, plus a single bed with a rollaway bed below, 2 sets of drawers, and bedside lamps. All bedroom have fabric drapes.

Throughout the house there are fabric drapes, and the floors are polished particleboard. The open plan lounge/dining area is furnished with 2 futon couches, a medium size TV with Freeview and ability to attach Sky TV Decoder, DVD, video, mini system CD player, coffee table, bookcase, and a gas heater. This area has ranchsliders leading onto a deck areas, creating a great indoor/outdoor flow.

The dining area has an oval wooden dining table with 6 wooden padded chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with near new appliances, a standard style oven, new Fridge/Freezer, microwave, new dishwasher, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, toasted sandwich maker, bread maker, electric frypan, and a good selection of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The second bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and the toilet is separate. The laundry has a fully automatic washing machine and there is an outside clothesline but no drier. This property has an extended deck area with 2 outdoor tables, deck chairs and new hood BBQ. Tennis racquets are also available for use.

Linen and towels are not included in the nightly rates, but are available for hire. Optional departure cleaning service is available on request.
