The master bedroom also has a built in wardrobe with shelving and opens up onto a deck which overlooks Kowhai Avenue. There is an ensuite bathroom featuring a tiled shower, vanity, toilet and heated lamps. The second bedroom opens up onto a terraced patio area at the rear of the house. The third bedroom opens up onto the west side of the house, handy to the outside shower.

The beautifully tiled main bathroom area is handy to both bedrooms two and three and consists of a tiled shower, huge bath, vanity and heated lamps. There is a separate toilet situated next door to this bathroom.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opens outside through two separate ranchsliders onto a patio area. The lounge furnishings include a brown leather 3 seater, 2 seater sofa and 2 one seater chairs; there is also a covered two seater and one seater sofa, a wooden coffee table, a television, cabinet and side table. Both rooms have fabric curtains, the dining area has a tiled floor and the lounge is carpeted.

The modern kitchen has an electric double wall oven and bench hob, dishwasher, microwave, rangehood, wastemaster and a good selection of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.

The laundry is located at the rear of the house and has a new automatic washing machine.

The hot water runs off gas bottles which are situated on the west side of the house and controlled in both bathrooms and the kitchen area.
