Matarangi Beach Retreat is a 4.5 star rated beachfront Matarangi Holiday Home. Located on the beachfront with the reserve in front, and also featuring a swimming pool!! Spacious, modern 2 storied, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has an open plan kitchen/dining living area with great indoor/ outdoor flows, excellent decking and a second living area/ rumpus room off the internal garage. Will sleep 6 in the main house but could sleep a couple of extra children with an additional set of bunks in the garage, so ideal for 4 adults with 2-4 children. Surcharges will apply +6 guests, $25.00 per person per night.
The master bedroom is upstairs where you can wake up to magnificent 180 degree seaviews – there’s a queen sized bed, cane chairs and footstools, the room is carpeted and has Roman blinds should you ever want to block that view ! There’s another entire room that is the walk in wardrobe and sound control utility as the house has a complete sound surround system, including most rooms and outdoor pool area that is operable from here. There’s a lovely ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rails.
On the main downstairs level, there is the living, dining, kitchen areas, two other bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedrooms, bathroom, hallways and main entrance way have terracotta tiled floors which has under floor heating used during the cooler months. The main living and dining area have tongue & groove wooden floors with rugs underfoot Both bedrooms have roman blinds and a view over the pool, reserve and out to sea. One room has a queen bed, dressing table, bedside tables, and the other has 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.
The open plan living/ dining and kitchen area has bi-fold doors along the width of the house at the front leading out to the decking, the pool and the beach. Lounge furnishings include a 3 seater couch with leather squabs, three matching armchairs, a coffee table and there is a gas burning open fireplace for any cooler evenings. The dining area has a wooden table and 8 wooden framed, fabric covered chairs.
The modern kitchen has a central island, wood and granite bench tops, new wall oven, electric bench hob , rangehood, a double sink with wastemaster, large 50/50 fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric frypan, blender, toaster, electric jug, toasted sandwich maker, breadmaker and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans.
The main bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet, heated towel rail.
The laundry has a new front loading washing machine, a clothes drier and a second fridge/freezer.
There is internal access to the double garage which is also set up with a set of a single bunks, there is a separate room with toilet and vanity. There is a second living/ rumpus room also located off the garage that has doors leading out to a central patio area where there is a wooden barbeque/picnic table The room has cedar blinds, a tiled floor, a wall mounted heating system, a three seater couch, wooden slat sofa bed, coffee table, bookcase, medium sized television, (there is a Sky TV satellite but you will need to bring your own decoder), a video player and DVD player in a wooden cabinet.
The property is fully fenced, the decks are made from Quila wood, there are two complete table and chair sets of Dedon all weather outdoor furniture, sun umbrella and a large gas hooded barbeque.
No pets are permitted and smoking strictly outdoors.

Special Conditions
Linen and towels are not included in the nightly rates, but are available for hire. Optional departure cleaning service is available on request. A surcharge of $25 pp per night will apply to +6 guests
