This 3 bedroom, two storey Matarangi accommodation, is located approximately 200 metres from the beach, 200 metres from a tennis court, 200 metres from the shops and 2.5kms from the golf course. Features include a full length north facing deck, west and south facing decks and a private upstairs west facing deck. Sleeps 6-8.
The master bedroom at this Matarangi accommodation is upstairs, it is carpeted and has a queen sized bed with bedside tables and lamps, a set of single bunks, drawers, a desk and opens out onto a private deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy the views to Castle Rock and the Coromandel Ranges. The second bedroom is also upstairs and is carpeted, it has three single beds, a mirror, shelves, two chairs, and a lamp. There is a separate toilet and vanity upstairs. The third bedroom is downstairs, has polished particle board floors, two single beds, a drawer unit, mirror, lamps and opens out onto the main downstairs deck.
There are polished particle board floors with rugs downstairs and is carpeted upstairs with fabric drapes throughout. The open plan living area has double doors that open out onto both deck, the room is furnished with two x 2 seater couches and two armchairs with fabric sqaubs, a medium sized TV receiving channels 1,2,3, DVD player, a portable radio/ cassette/CD player, two bookcases, coffee table, a side table and an electric panel heater for any cooler evenings. The dining area has a medium sized rectangular wooden table and 6 chairs.
The modern kitchen has an electric thermo-wave wall oven and bench hob, an older 70/30 fridge/freezer, a separate freezer, microwave, rangehood, electric frypan, toaster, electric jug and a selection of pots and pans, a full crockery set, glassware, cutlery, and utensils etc.
The bathroom is downstairs has a toilet, vanity, shower, heated towel rail. There is a second toilet and vanity upstairs. The laundry contains an older automatic washing machine and stainless steel tub.
There is a heated outside shower at the back door to clean off sand before going inside. Outdoor furniture includes a gas barbeque, a table with six matching chairs and sun umbrella. The section is unfenced but there is a sheltered lawn area.
There is no landline telephone line at this Matarangi accommodation, however the mobile reception in Matarangi is reasonable. Smoking outside only.
One well behaved pet may be considered with prior arrangement.
