Matarangi Splendor is a three-bedroom Matarangi holiday home situated on a flat section only 100 metres to the beach. It has views of bush clad hills and is positioned for all day sun. You can walk to tennis courts along a footpath and the golf course is a short drive away. Ideal for 4 adults with up to 4 children, sleeps 8.

The master bedroom at this Matarangi accommodation has a king size bed with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. There is a glass sliding door that opens onto the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a glass sliding door that also opens onto the deck. The third bedroom has two sets of wooden bunks.

The dining/ living/ kitchen area is open plan, has raked ceilings, extensive windows and stacker sliders, creating a light airy space. The dining area features a glass sliding door onto the east deck (road side) and it is a great place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower and vanity. The toilet is separate. The laundry has a automatic washing machine and drier.

Outdoor furniture at this Matarangi holiday home includes a large rectangular wooden table, six chairs and a umbrella. There is a 4 burner barbeque to enjoy those summer BBQ's.

The roadside of the house lawn has space for boat and car parking.
