The master bedroom has doors leading to the deck, there is a queen sized bed, bedside table and lamp. The second bedroom has a double bunk with a single on top, a set of drawers and shelves. The third bedroom also has a double bunk with a single on top, as well as a single bed, a set of drawers and a lamp and has a door opening out on to the deck..

Particle board flooring throughout and window coverings are blinds and/or curtains. The main living area has double doors leading onto the deck, a three seater and a two seater couch, divan, a window seat with squabs, bookcase, cabinet, coffee table, medium sized television with sky satellite dish so you may wish to bring your own decoder, DVD, portable TV for games, a CD/cassette player and a gas heater.
The dining area has a small round formica dining table and 4 wooden framed chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The kitchen has a standard oven/stove, 70/30 fridge, microwave, blender, toasted sandwich maker, and all the usual crockery, glassware, pots and pans etc.
