Kenwood Dream is a modern 3 bedroom Matarangi holiday house, located on sought after Kenwood Drive and only a minutes walk to the beach.

This Matarangi holiday home has a large yard and is fully fenced, allowing children and pets to play safely outdoors. With a reserve on one side, and tennis courts over the back fence there is plenty of space to stretch the legs.

Beach access is almost directly across the road, with a 1 min walk to stunning Matarangi beach.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, while the third has a double/single bunk, and a single/single bunk, providing plenty of beds for larger groups.

The living area is open plan living / dining, with amazing indoor / outdoor flow thanks to huge bifold doors opening onto the large entertaining deck. North facing deck is drenched in sun, and has outdoor setting, built in seating, sun lounger and BBQ ready to enjoy.

Appliances are modern, and include an entertainment unit (TV, DVD/CD player, amp and ipod dock).

Aside from the BBQ and sun lounger, there are boogie boards, tennis racquets, boules, swingball etc to enjoy at this Matarangi accommodation.
