Te Rangimarie is a three bedroom Matarangi holiday house and is approximately 4 minutes walk to the beach, tennis courts or the shops.

The master bedroom a this Matarangi holiday home has an ensuite consisting of a shower, toilet and vanity. This bedroom has a queen size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a built in double wardrobe and two sets of drawers.

The third bedroom as a double bunk with a single on top and a set of drawers. There are two mattresses under the bunks if required. The main bathroom also houses the laundry; it has a shower, vanity and toilet. Inside the laundry cupboard is an automatic washing machine and water cylinder.

THe living area is open plan. There are two ranch sliders leading to large decks and a very private BBQ area. In the lounge there are two couches and a single recliner chair, a coffee table, book case with great books, TV, sideboard, CD and radio player. The window coverings are roller blinds or fabric drapes.

The dining table has 8 seats. The kitchen area is very user friendly and it is well equipped with utensils and appliances. It even has a breadmaker. There is a fridge, separate upright freezer and dishwasher.

From the deck there is a view of Castle Rock and a peep of the estuary. The BBQ area has a 3 burner BBQ, 2 BBQ tables and chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is an outside hot shower with a cubicle to use after the beach.

In the outside shed there are plenty of toys to use. 3 bicycles suitable for the taller children, 2 scooters, 2 boogey boards, 2 skim boards, 4 tennis racquets, a petanque set and a badminton set. There is plenty of room for the boat and cars to be parked on the property. This Matarangi accommodation is partially fenced and situated in a quiet children friendly cul de sac.
