The deck has a six seater out door furniture set that is ideal for entertaining at the end of a hard day at the beach.

A compact kitchen features a new dishwasher and microwave, fridge/freezer and a large pantry. Numerous platters, glasses and crockery are provided as well as a coffee maker, toaster etc.

The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity, heated towel rail and toilet. There is a new automatic washing machine in the laundry.
