Inside the lounge/kitchen is open plan, with modern appliances in the kitchen (wall oven, gas hob) and good bench space. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with twin king singles (can be pushed together if necessary). A separate toilet and shower are on this level, along with the laundry.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a new King bed and en-suite,with a large walk in shower. The separate toilet also has a full size vanity, allowing maximum flexibility. This level also has a bedroom with a King Single bed and couch - ideal for teens. There is a further bedroom at the top of the stairs with a single bed.

In winter there is a Kent fire, in summer the deck is wonderfully cool thanks to a canopy over the deck.

The section is fenced, apart from the drive. It is ideal for families, although not for toddlers and elderly, as the internal stairs are steep.

The beach is only 2 minutes walk, and the house is private, with quiet neighbours.
