If bringing your own tent the owner will allow a maximum of 8 people to stay at the property, however additional charges apply for the extra people camping within the grounds.

This Opito Bay accommodation consists of an open plan room in sectioned areas, a sleeping area, a kitchen and a living area with a separate bathroom. There are large bi-fold doors at the front and glass sliding doors at the side, allowing access onto the deck and to enable you to enjoy the stunning view - great for indoor/outdoor living.

Seaviews Opito has a painted concrete floor with rugs, the walls are lined but are unpainted in some areas. There is a queen-sized bed at the back of the room, beside which is a set of single bunks. This sleeping area is able to be curtained off from the rest of the room. There is a cane 3 seater couch, armchair and bookcase, coffee table, stereo plus a small television in the lounge area. A resin table and chairs serves as the dining table either in or outdoors, and the kitchen has all the necessary amenities.

Outdoor furniture comprises of a wooden picnic table and a gas barbeque - perfect for an easy summer meal with your group!

The bathroom has a shower, small vanity and a toilet. There is no washing machine, but there is a separate tub.

A well behaved family pet may be considered with prior arrangement.
