Beachfront, two bedroom cottage at the far end of Opito Bay, with just the road in front before the sand.

Features include small decks front and back, private fully fenced section fenced and excellent seaviews. This is a prime location. Boat ramp diagonally opposite front gate. Sleeps 5.

Wood panelled walls, polished particleboard floors and fabric curtains are throughout, the master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunks, dresser and wardrobe. There is also a narrow single bed/divan, in the lounge.

The open plan lounge/dining features an open fire place (firewood not supplied)with ranchsliders leading to the front deck and French doors to the rear, and it contains a cane 2 seater couch with two armchairs, footstool, two directors chairs, THERE IS FREEVIEW TV, radio/CD/Cassette player, coffee table, rugs on the floor, a small electric heater. The dining area has an oblong wooden table and 6 steel framed, wooden seated chairs.

The kitchen has a standard electric oven/stove, new fridge/freezer, new microwave, pantry, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger and all the usual cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans etc.

The bathroom/laundry has a shower, basin, separate toilet and an automatic washing machine and tub.
There is a lockable garage to the side of the house for your use.
