This Opito Bay holiday home is set on a relatively private section with established plantings, is fully fenced, and comes with a garage! Magical Opito is a slightly older home, with spacious living areas leading out onto the front deck that runs the width of the house - admire the sunny views from this spectacular vantage point! With plenty of room for your group, this home can sleep up to 10 people with 2 bathrooms.

Three of the bedrooms at Magical Opito are carpeted, and all have fabric curtains to keep you cosy... The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and offers easy access to lovely surroundings via glass sliding doors that take you out to the front deck.... plus, this room has an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet!

The second bedroom has a double bed and a storage cupboard containing a fold-out trundler bed and a portacot. There is also a glass sliding door leading out onto a private balcony at the side of the house where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze, take in the views and soak up the sun.... The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a double bed.

The spacious open plan living/dining area is carpeted, there are no curtains in this room but there are 2 ceiling fans to keep plenty of fresh air circulating on those hot summer days... There are also glass sliding doors leading to the front deck from this area so you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating in the living area where you can kick back in front of Sky TV, or listen to your favourite album on the mini system! A gas heater is available for those cooler evenings... The dining area is equipped with a dining table and 6 plastic framed, vinyl covered swivel chairs in true 60's style!

The generous kitchen has a walk in pantry and plenty of modern conveniences that make for an easy and relaxed stay... And of course there is all the usual cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans etc!

The main bathroom at this Opito Bay holiday home is relatively small and has a shower, hand-basin and toilet. The laundry is downstairs in the garage where there is also a beer fridge and chest freezer.

The section at Magical Opito is fully fenced with a farm gate at the roadside, and another gate at the front leading up to the track into the sand dunes and over to the beach - approximately 20 metres away. Outdoor furniture includes a picnic table, table and chair set, sun umbrella and a gas BBQ where you can enjoy an easy meal with friends and family... Plus, there is plenty of off-street parking and a one car garage.
