BAY VISTA - Opito Bay Holiday house. A two storied, 4-bedroom absolute beachfront home. Step from the property onto the sand dunes and the beautiful white sands of Opito Bay. Sleeps 9. Minimum stay is 7 nights.

Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs. All have polished particleboard floors. The master bedroom has a queen dble bed, elec. blanket, closet, tallboy, clock radio, and fabric curtains. Morning sunshine floods this room and French doors open onto the upper deck with stunning views. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a single trundle bed, a tallboy table, and wooden Venetian blinds. Bedroom three has two single beds, a closet, a dressing table with mirror and wooden Venetian blinds. All the double and queen beds are almost new.

Downstairs the carpeted fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and single bed, a wooden cot with mattress, a baby bath, a desk with phone/internet jack plug and Venetian blinds.

Upstairs is a mezzanine gallery area with 26-inch LCD television, VCR, DVD and French doors opening onto the deck. The railings on this deck are not toddler proof.
Downstairs there is a separate toilet, laundry and bathroom with shower. There are an addtional toilet, vanity and shower outside in the boat shed.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are at the lower level and all have access to the deck and BBQ/patio area, with great views.
