Located in the centre of Opito Bay, separated from the beach by the road, this two storied, four bedroom Spanish style home has extensive unobstructed beach and sea views.

Upstairs there are three carpeted bedrooms each with a built in wardrobes, and thermal drape curtains and a chest of drawers. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin single beds, both of these rooms have ranchsliders opening onto an enclosed deck, the third bedroom has a double plus a single bed.

The main rooms are a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The walls are papered, there is a large wool rug on carpet tile flooring and thermal drape curtains over the extensive windows. There are two large three seater couches, a free standing fireplace, television, and cd player and a bookcase filled with assorted beach reading, puzzles and board games. The dining table in this area seats eight people.

Leading off the open plan living/dining room is a deck area, enclosed with ranchsliders and with carpet tiles on the floor. This area allows access to the magnificent views of Opito Bay and far beyond. A three seater and two seater cane settee as well as a casual dining table and six chairs are in this room.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, stove, toaster etc, and a large selection of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans etc.

Downstairs is another double bedroom (with double bed). There is also a large games room which has a pool table and also has divan beds. There is a laundry room which has an older style clothes washer and a bathroom off the games room which also has a chest freezer and another fridge.
