Situated at the top of a cul de sac street, a 4 bedroom kiwi bach with some good views over the Bay and a 100 metre walk down to the beach. Ideal for a relaxing, no fuss holiday for up to 4 adults and 4 children.
The house has had all new vinyl, carpet and blinds fitted throughout. All of the bedrooms are carpeted including the master bedroom which has a double bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom was once part of the living area with the back door now fixed shut and a wall and door now separating it from the living area. It has a queen sized bed, an oil column heater, a set of drawers and a ranchslider opening onto the new front deck. It is from this room that the two remaining smaller bedrooms are accessed, with one having a set of new single bunks.
The open-plan dining and lounge area has ranchsliders opening out to a new and extensive deck, ideal for barbeques, relaxing or letting wet gear get dry. The lounge has a brand new lounge suite and chaise lounge, bookcase and one oil column heater for any cooler evenings.
Opito Bay does not get any TV reception without a Sky dish, so there is NO television at this property.
The dining area has a wooden dining table and 6 new wooden chairs. The kitchen has a newer standard style oven/stove, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, new toaster, electric jug and an array of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The benches are older formica, the sink stainless steel and the cupboards are standard size with no pantry
The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
There is an brand new washing machine and a drier in the laundry.
The property is partially fenced on 3 sides, there is a 3 burner gas barbeque, a new sun umbrella and a new outdoor barbeque table.
One well-behaved pet will be considered if restricted to outdoors only.
