Manuka Cottage is a 3 bedroom Otama Beach Cottage... This two-storied, wooden holiday cottage is situated directly across the road from the access-way and one minute's walk from the beach. With views of native bush, hills and a sea views out to Great Mercury and Great Barrier islands you won't want to leave!

This Otama Beach cottage features a large, private deck, sheltered from the road by native vegetation. There is also a large deck out the back of the house away from the road. There is a barbeque on both decks and patio heaters making either area a pleasant place for outdoor dining as well as for day time use. There are picnic tables, sun umbrellas and recliners available.

The house has three bedrooms, one of which has a queen size bed. The front bedroom has three single beds and a great sea view. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds.

The living area downstairs is open plan with a well equipped kitchen. Water supply at this Otama Beach accommodation is from a storage tank and there are water filters on the kitchen taps.

The bathroom is downstairs with an additional toilet upstairs.

There is a separate freezer in the back entry hall where the washing machine is situated.
