Mercury Views is a 3 bedroom Otama holiday home - An older two storied home with lovely views of the beach and Mercury Islands from the upper floor... Nestled back from the road behind established plantings at the end of the cu-de-sac, you will enjoy beach access directly across the road! With 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Mercury Views sleeps up to 8 guests in bedding configurations of one double, 4 singles and a set of single bunks.

This Otama holiday home is set out with lounge, kitchen, sun porch with two of the bedrooms situated on the upper level, and the third bedroom and bathroom/laundry situated on the lower level. Flooring is particle board with rugs upstairs and lino floors downstairs, there are fabric curtains in the lounge and the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the larger third bedroom is downstairs and has glass sliding doors leading outdoors. This room is fitted with 2 single beds, a set of single bunks and a couch.

The open plan lounge/dining upstairs has glass sliding doors leading out on the deck and a window seat to enjoy sea views whatever the weather! There is a small television, video player and radio for your entertainment, and a gas and oil column heater for any cooler evenings. There is also a porch area at the kitchen end of the room that has 2 divan couches. The dining area has a formica table with seating for 6. There is also a small breakfast bar with two bar stools at the end of the kitchen.

The bathroom/laundry is located downstairs and has a shower, vanity, toilet, heated lights and an older Hoovermatic washing machine. Water is precious in Otama being reliant on tank water, so the washing of clothes is generally limited to that of necessity only.

Outdoor living includes the deck upstairs that enjoys lovely sea views. Furnishings include a picnic table, 2 sun umbrellas, a table and chairs and a gas barbeque for a great summer set up!

There is a carport under the deck and plenty of off-street parking on the front lawn. There is no landline telephone available, cell phone reception is best on the beach. One well behaved pet may be considered by prior arrangement.
